This week's Out Now with Aaron and Abe is setting up for a gold record. Aaron is joined by Movies Markus’ Markus Robinson to go over Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, an adaptation of an August Wilson play, starring Viola Davis and Chadwick Boseman in his final role. The two dig into the effectiveness of the filmmaking and the lead performances, in addition to the dramatic weight given to the film in terms of how key a role race plays into the material.
